The whole thread was - as you so elegantly put it, StuartPlymouth - a p***-take. I wasn't seriously considering this as a genuine mock - just a bit of fun.

Well it made me all nostalgic, chris..... Wink Mine never looked THAT bad, but I wasn't going to say that!

Amusing comment Spencer, but don't knock someone's interest. We all have to start somewhere and we're not all amazing at using computer design programs. I have no idea how old the OP is, but if they are young then it's a starting point for an enthusiastic interest. You could be looking at someone who will be designing TV studio sets in 15 years, for all you know.

EDIT: The whole thread could be a p***-take, but it made me reminisce - anyway Very Happy

Sorry for the delay in replying. I tend not to check the Mock Forum as often as the others. But anyway...

I honestly wasn't knocking it. I just thought if a couple of suitably sized presenters were needed, they might fit the bill... which led me to think of the continuity announcement.

Whether done as a joke or not, it's actually quite a cute idea, and not badly executed either. I'm also pretty certain that such models are made as part of the design process of a studio set.

And for the record, I also used to make model TV studios as a kid.
