Can someone make me a new signature based on the bbc news titles from 1999-2004?

The size is 500*200. Put this image in the bottom middle of the signature

what a crappy signature. a complete rip of of itv. and it still come out crap. and you said my logo was bad.

Oh... well it wasn't a very good one. Anyway here's my attempt, I didn't make it the dimensions you set as they are far to big for a sig on this, and any other forums.
