Is Sky One OOT when it comes to promoting 24

These days I can't seem to turn on sky one without either an ad or break bumber advertising the fact that 24 is starting in xMadx minutes. I don't think it's right for a station to focus all it's attention on one program. There may be viewers out there not interested in the show....who would turn off Sky becuase of this OTT promoting.

In Ireland, 24 started last night (a whole day earlier) then Sky One. Did RTÉ heavilly promote it? No.

Just why do Sky keep on doing this type of promotion?

Why didn't you add a poll?

Sky One did the same thing with Nip/Tuck though, and it seemed to achieve decent ratings as a result.
