As a typical ABC1Male viewer I find SKY¦One's lineup on a Sunday night the ONLY channel worth watching!

18:00 The Simpsons
18:30 The Simpsons
19:00 Malcolm in the Middle
19:30 Scrubs
20:00 Dream Team
21:00 Million Pound Hoax
22:00 Britain's Biggest Celebrity Mingers
23:00 Secrets of the Sex Gods

Dream Team is so much better than ITV's Footballers Wives but I suppose ITV couldnt blatantly copy DreamTeam and so took it on a different direction (ie over the top)

The programme that really caught my attention was Million Pound Hoax. This featured a guy having to convince the rest of his family and friends that he had won the lottery from a website www.millionairedraw.com and if he convinced them enough he actually only could win a holiday and some other prizes. It was very well produced and the scam worked a treat. It was full of emotion and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I hope there are follow-up programmes with other hoaxes!

Britain's Biggest Celebrity Mingers is your typical SKY¦One fodder counting down a chart of a certain genre with the usual people giving their opinions. Rather than Peter Kaye appearing as a guest he has just appeared at no 27 - oops!

I do enjoy watching SKy¦One on a Sunday! None of the other channels have anything else to offer!

Bring back Spitting Image or some other comedy to fill the 22:00 slot on ITV1!

People may look down their noses at Sky One, but I agree it brilliant channel. Add the execellent Mile High to the above list and it doesn't get much better.

Oh come on, with the exception of the imported stuff like Scrubs and Malcolm In The Middle, it's all lowest-common-denominator, trashy, Sun-reader telly.

How anyone can think Britain's Biggest Celebrity Mingers is ABC1 television I don't know. It's the kind of stuff which makes ITV1 look high-brow.

Sky One and Sky One Mix in no way compare to the offerings shown on the 5 major channels (particularly BBC2, C4 and some of C5)

All I can say is that you must be a very easily pleased individual.

Don't automatically look down your nose just because it's Sky One. There is rubbish on every channel. I like Sky One programming and I don't consider myself to be your average Sun reader.

Yes, every mainstream channel has rubbish programmes, but most of them have some good ones as well.

I've yet to find a non-imported programme on Sky One which isn't trashy tabloid rubbish.

Spencer you seem quite a snob! There's nothing wrong with admitting to watching a bit of 'trash tv' every now and again!

The point I was trying to make was that all the other hundreds of tv channels available on digital television were showing nothing better and so I opted to watch SKY¦One all night! Really this is me having a go at all the other channels for putting out trash and NOT SKY¦One.

Admittedly there are some trashy programmes on SKY¦One, but I think you find most channels have some quotient of trash on their channels - BBC included!

Dream Team is a UK production and is well made (better than Footballers Wives imho), Million Pound Hoax was also a UK production and would have gained 5-6 million viewers if aired on ITV1 at 21:00 one night. Usually on SKY¦One on a Sunday there is also the UK produced drama Mile High which is quite trashy, in a Footballers Wives kinda way, which I find thoroughly enjoyable aswell!

So what im trying to get across is - that - because all the other channels are SO poor on a Sunday night SKY¦One is the only option I have of watching! Theres is NO competition for them and I think SKY¦One bosses have realised this and put some of their better offerings on the Sunday night!

PS I read The Daily Mail NOT The Scum!

I always watch Dream Team on a Sunday night on Sky ONE. its a very good series IMO, I cant believe they killed off Marcel.

I think there is only 1 more episode left in the current series though

I'm not a snob, and yes I also like the occasional trashy programme. It's just a shame that Sky One has nothing else to offer.

As I said earlier, I agree with that... it's just Sky One seems to have nothing but trashy shows. It'd be nice if they could attract viewers without aiming for the lowest common denominator ALL the time.

I'd agree that Sunday evening telly is a bag-o-shyte awash with sickly 'heartwarming' dramas set sometime in the past, but it seems that you consider Sky One as a last resort - something I wouldn't disagree on!

No offence, but I think the Daily Mail's a far worse newspaper.
