I went on a TVC tour on Friday. It was pretty good! First of all we went the BBC newsroom where I saw Jennie Bond, Nicohlas Witchell and Matthew Amroliwali.

We then walked past Danni Behr http://web.ukonline.co.uk/tv.home/forum/emoticons/cheesy.gif doing a pre-recorded part for The Saturday Show.

We then went to a few other studios, Friends Like These, Top Of The Pops, This is Yor life (where we saw Michael Aspel) and The Saturday Show. Not to forget the weather centre.

All in all a brilliant 1 hour and I got a free Radio Times at the end of it http://web.ukonline.co.uk/tv.home/forum/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Ah, but did you nab yourself a copy of Ariel? Or a BBC pen, which I suspect are free to beeb employees..? Smile

Sounds good, though.. It's definetly going on my to-do list for next time I'm in London.

Because when I went it was a Tuesday we got the current week's Radio Times plus the next edition!

When we were in the news centre I saw Michael Burke going up the spiral staircase - never saw a man look so happy-not! if i was working there i would have a permenant grin on my face!

Phew - I'm glad I'm not the only one who was eyeing up the Ariel mountians as I wandered around the corridors of Wood Lane!
