Interesting to note that Virgin Media have temporarily put BT Sport Showcase on channel 100 tonight (usually On Demand Previews) which is also on channel 548, and on BT Sport Europe HD (channel 529) and SD (channel 533).

Four different channels to choose from!

Blimey - former colleague of mine is watching the Champions League Final on Spanish TV. Their halftime coverage consisted of 14 minutes of ads and 30 seconds of analysis.

Canal+ have put their coverage of the Champions League final on their FTA TNT channel D8 in France.

I think ITV were lucky their equipment wasn't taken out, or at least they hid it well if it was. Like most broadcasters, they were showing a replay at the time, with world feed commentators. I suppose if that was played out from London they then they had to hope they could get their RG studio on air before the replay finished.

Darts on Dave has over-ran tonight. Seems they aren't able to update the EPG dynamically as it is showing QI XL is supposed to be on.

QI was meant to be on at 10pm but Dave are sticking with the live darts coverage. What do you do when you show live sport on a channel which usually just shows repeats? Laughing

No I understand that, they have made the right decision, but they need to be updating the EPG (does anyone have any idea how long it is likely to be on for?)

Dave Gorman will follow it. I suspect they will drop the 2 episodes of Live at the Electric at 2:40 so that their teleshopping starts on time at 4:00.

England v Wales rugby on Sky Sports today at 3:00pm.

There's three other matches on the day though, two preceding and one following - the RFU County Championship Finals including the Division 1 Cup FInal between Cornwall and Cheshire, streaming live for the second year running (at least) at RFU.COM and on YouTube.
