PSB broadcasters (BBC1 and 2, ITV, 4 and 5) as defined by Ofcom, have to be in the first 5 slots of any EPG platform.
That's why when the former owner of Channel 5 was mulling over removing Channel 5's PSB requirements, if that happened they would loose the right to sit in the 5/105 slot, and probably end up somewhere around where the HD version was, and where the 5 USA/5Star channels were in the EPG's.

How much it costs the broadcasters to get listed on Sky (this is from 2014, it gives a good idea if nothing else):

What's that? Oh, you're welcome.

Is there a public link to the EPG guidelines?

Last night the final Northern Ireland friendly was live on BBC Two NI before Euro 2016 begins and BBC NI debuted their new studio which is the same studio used for BBC Newsline albeit relit and the screens had pictures of the team rather than shots of Belfast. Here it is from Stephen Watson's twitter. I assume this studio will probably be used for Ulster Rugby away matches from the start of the 2016-17 Pro12 season as well.

Noticed in the ITV buildup to the French Open final they played in a clip of him winning the final in Rome from a couple of weeks ago, with the Sky Sports commentary rather than the world feed.
Murray absolutely hates that aeroplane camera by the way, he complains about it being a distraction when it's moving while he serves.
