Piers Morgan to leave GMB

Before that half hour was the paper review, and after was an exclusive interview with one of the women who attended the Clapham Common vigil. Just an inopportune moment to tune in, I guess. On the whole, although the running order (as highlighted) was slightly odd, I felt the show got the balance right.

Here’s a question: why was the interview with Patsy Stevenson billed as an exclusive by GMB when she was also interviewed on Sky News (from outside TVC) a short time later? Purely because she was on there first?

Yes, it had an 'exclusive' graphic at the top of the screen.

That deserved an interview?!!!

Looks like there be more fall out due to this debacle, this time across the pond (and a continent). CBS is taking The Talk off the air Monday and Tuesday to investigate the comments Sharon Osbourne said to Sheryl Underwood about Piers Morgan and race.

Absolutely pathetic. Taken off the air because Sharon (rightly) said that Piers isn't racist.

I thought there was other allegations? Namely Sharon called a previous black panelist "too Ghetto" for the show

Pure madness.... and now they are gonna dig up dirt from the past, which again is pure speculation. Poor Sharon.

I wouldn't describe it as "pure speculation" when the two former colleagues that Sharon allegedly directed this comment at have both said it themselves. They're definitely solid accusations that require investigation.

I wonder if the thread has run its course.
