They're definitely still using the applause/laugh tracks, they're just not on the You Tube videos. Interesting to see that the music is added in post production- funny how empty and different it seems without it.

Any reason why these are YouTube exclusives and not broadcast on television? I mean, I can understand a question about a giant cock being cut but surely that'd interrupt with the flow of the game...

If something needs to be shortened or edited when there's music over it, the jarring jump in the music would be very noticeable. Having the music added in postproduction can run flowingly and make the potentially edited game look very fluent.

As no progression occurred in the game for the chaser or the chased it won't have.

If they both kept getting wrong answers, they'd have to start cutting somewhere.

Thank god for that - I love watching countryfile but Julia makes me reach for the mute button

Only mildly on-topic (for which apologies), but my grandfather was so infuriated with Bradbury's performance on Countryfile that he searched for "Julia Bradbury's credentials" using his new iPad, wanting to know what countryside knowledge she had. Unfortunately he ended up with some very different Google results! Laughing

Are you allowed to say 'p i s s' about 10 times at 8pm on a Monday night on ITV?

I wouldn't like to be on call in the duty office.
