That was a bad transfer from GMB to ITV news, remains me of some of the old Thames - LWT handover cutting people off mid way

I do feel like this is the reason why GMB needs to work more with ITN. It's proven to be more of a news programme than previously.

Maybe they should rename it 'ITV Morning News'.

Yeah - They should probably bring back the ITV Morning News and make it the breakfast show (6-8.30am) - probably call it ITV Breakfast News, Then keep Lorraine at the same time (8.30-9.25am)

Nice to see a much more integrated Good Morning Britain today, rather than it being the ugly cousin of ITV News as usual. Like BBC Breakfast normally does, GMB had ITV News reporters, referred to as if they're part of the team, unlike when GMTV used to get ITV News people in at election time.
