That is the title he assumed since stepping down as Political Editor, it's rare for him to be in a reporting position as he is tonight, thus his title is rarely referred to on air.
Adam has been Editor-at-Large since he stepped down as Political Editor, IIRC.
I'm quite interested that Isabel has been moved to weekends. Two reasons - shes currently a 'main' weekday anchor alongside Eamonn, and putting her Fri-Sun seems like a bit of a demotion. Secondly, her moving to weekends means Gillian leaving Stephen's side, which seems a bit of a shame considering they're well loved by viewers. Sky are listening to viewers in putting Sarah-Jane on weekday Sunrise, but not listening to them by moving Gillian, arguably.
I really am looking forward to seeing the new schedule and set, though. It's good that Sky aren't afraid to jig things up, when you consider how bland the BBC News Channel seems to have gotten.

She's being 'promoted' to an anchor rather than continue as a sidekick - are you suggesting she / Sky shouldn't progress her career just to appease viewers who like her on screen partnership with Steve?

Gillian has always really been a Anchor. She used to co-Anchor with JT on evenings and also Sky News at Ten.
She's only been in her current position since she moved to weekends.
So from the recent announcements heres what we know so far
Sunrise Mon to Thurs 6am to 10am with Sarah-Jane & Jonathan
Sunrise Fri to Sun 6am to 10am with Stephen & Isabel
All Out Politic's Mon to Friday 10am to 11am with Adam
Sky News Tonight Mon to Thurs 7pm to 9pm with Dermot
Sorry. Im not a fan of this new look. Its soo...(to me)...not Sky News.
You can't really judge a 'new look' when it hasn't even appeared on screen yet. The studio clearly isn't quite finished so for all we know there could be other elements going in after the floor has been laid.
Maybe, but it is my opinion. Even before the move to the Tesco Extra building, SkyNews seems to have developed into almost a blue version of BBC News in some respects. The spark it used it have is gone IMO. Its unlikely they will be launching new onscreen graphics. And the presenter isnt going to be lying on a wooden floor. And unless they plan on adding colour to the rest of building and staircases, it will still have a beige Tesco Extra backdrop. Maybe they should add shelves and some refrigerated cases. Frozen peas in aisle 3!
They could capitalise on product placement?
Reports could be delivered over a PA system?
The video wall could have a conveyor belt?
SKY seems to lack something it had pre-2010. Everything seems so automated and controlled, just like the BBC. The move towards automation will only make this worse.

Don't understand how you come to that conclusion. Apart from the occasional camera wobblys, the BBC News channel has benefitted hugely from the use of Mosart/Furio with a wider range of studio shots available. Granted they could probably do with updating some of the newsroom TOTH trundle-cam pans but the channel still seems quite fresh 3 years on from the move.
Its night and day when you compare N6 at TVC to studio E at NBH.
